The relaunch of the new Zildjian A series was huge. These are classic Zildjians. When I think of the classic sounds, especially the 60s and 70s, this is the sound, but even better.

The Zildjian A 18" Medium Crash Cymbal blends classic Avedis lathing and bright, musical tone, with a heavier bow and bell for the added projection that will easily slice through louder mixes. While the Medium Crash line is heavier in weight, they still retain a clean, shimmering tone, even when you really lay into them. This 18" cymbal also has enough stick articulation and bell separation to consider it as a secondary ride cymbal. We carry a wide array of Zildjian crash cymbals at the Drum Center of Portsmouth.
