Crafted from the Paiste's legendary CuSn8 Bronze, also known as 2002 Bronze, this 21" 2002 Black Big Beat Crash/Ride Cymbal is a darker, warmer take on an industry standard. This multi-purpose crash has a unique hammering pattern for the 2002 family, along with a darker, semi-matted finish. The medium-thin Black Big Beat produces a deep, warm, lush crash with a relatively quick decay. As a ride, this cymbal has an airy, defined ping over wide multi-layered wash, with an integrated bell that is broad and musical. This cymbal is about as versatile as they come, and will work in nearly every live or studio application.
