At first, I was skeptical about the new Crescent cymbals. But after trying out several Crescent prototypes at the Sabian factory, I was convinced that there was something really special here. The Turkish vibe is there, but now with a more modern flair.

The 18" Crescent Elements Crash Cymbal features a raw, unlathed bell similar to Turkish models. For an 18" crash, this responds with surprisingly thick, sustained high overtones.
