Canopus Birch Snare Drum Red Matte Lacquer 2ND LINE 14x5.5

Finished in a unique red matte lacquer, The Birch snare by Canopus is a real sleeper, becuase it's one of those snare drums that will do it all. The shell is 100% birch for a rich tone and solid pop. Eight premium, chrome-plated, solid brass single point lugs allow for a good balance of tone and tunability. It's responsive and thick at lower tunings, and it slays when it's cranked up. Triple flanged hoops allow the full range of overtones to speak clearly. Every serious player should have one of these in their collection.

This is a Canopus 2nd Line model which means it has some finish imperfections and/or minor scuffs and scratches. Aside from this, the shell is structurally sound, all parts function properly, and the drum sounds great!
